​Midas had been sitting around in a pasture for the past couple of years just enjoying life. We hopped on him and he rode right off. Still alittle green under saddle he was a total good boy, not thinking about doing anything naughty. And what a handsome boy, dapples to die for. He will certainly get you noticed. Solid w/t/c, super smooth gaits, has both leads, responsive to leg, good whoa. More of a push ride. Rides English and Western, trailrides alone or with others. Midas has perfect ground manners. Respectful of space, walks softly at your shoulder, stands tied patiently, loads and hauls with no issues. Stands on cross-ties for grooming, saddling, and bridling. Gentle enough for the kids to groom. Stands at the mounting block. Lunges, clips, sprays, bathes, picks up all feet like a gentleman, barefoot. Exposed to trucks, farm machinery, goats, dogs and wildlife. Good stalled or turned out. Currently in a mixed herd, lower in herd dynamic. No known health issues, vices or maintenance.
