Dixie is looking for a new family to go exploring with. This sweet girl is totally comfortable out on the trails, with smooth gaits you can ride all day long. Hills, valleys, fields or the forest Dixie is happy to explore. Goes through water, over logs, exposed to wildlife, Dixie just plods along. Alone or with friends Dixie is ready to go. English, Western, trailrides and push some cows Dixie does it all. Solid w/t/c, has both leads, total push ride. Dixie prefers slow and steady, never going to run off with anyone. Super smooth gaits, backs, yeilds to leg. Stands at the mounting block. Totally gentle on the ground. Not marish. Stands on cross-ties for grooming, saddling and bridling. Picks up feet, currently wearing front shoes. Lunges, clips and bathes. Good in a stall or turned out. Currently in a mixed herd, middle in hierarchy. No cribbing or testing fences. Loads and travels well. Hops right on the trailer for new adventures. No health issues, vices or maintenance. Good for the vet and farrier.
